Cancellation and Refund Policy
At Peppy For All, customer satisfaction is our priority. Here’s our policy:
1. Return
We offer return for:
- Damaged, defective, or incorrect products
- Missing items in your order
📌 Request within 48 hours with your order number & images at hello@peppyforall.com.
📌 Return product should return within 5 - 6 days
2. Refunds
Refunds are available if:
- The order was not delivered or expired
- A replacement is not possible
📌 Refund amount will be credited in 5 to 6 days to original payment method.
3. Non-Refundable Items
- Opened/used products (hygiene reasons)
- Orders with discount codes, gift cards, or promotional offers
4. Cancellations
- Post-Shipment Cancellation Policy:
If an order is canceled after it has been shipped, a ₹200 shipping deduction will apply.
The refund will be initiated once the product reaches back to our warehouse and is verified to be in original condition.
- Refund Timelines:
Once processed, refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
